Reached out to AmeriSpec for a home inspection based on the recommendation of a realtor.
She also recommended Shawn as an inspector.
Both recommendations were excellent. The entire process to reserve the inspection was smooth. Shawn inspected the property and walked me through the entire process. I’ve worked with Clay several times. He always shows up on time or a little bit early. He has a great personality with me and the homeowner. He gets right down to business, anything major he takes the time to stop and explain it to you and how it’s going to appear on the report. at the end of the inspection, he goes over the report with the client, which is usually there. Answers any questions they may have, etc. etc.
