And it was a fabulous recommendation. The inspector was knowledgeable, called before arriving, did a thorough job, reviewed his findings, and delivered a detailed report that evening. He took the time to explain his findings, answer our questions, and make sure we understood which items were important and why. The final inspection report was detailed, well organized, and easy to understand, which made it much easier for us to determine what needed our immediate attention. Purchasing a home is a significant decision, and having someone as thorough and experienced as Clint involved in the process gave us a great deal of confidence. Kevin Emery75 days agoSo, we had scheduled another company to do our home inspection, and an hour before the inspection they called and cancelled. We had driven 8 hours to make our inspection, and they didn't care. My agent contacted AmeriSpec, and they helped us out by coming out a little later in the afternoon and doing it! Robert Graves was fantastic! He did an extremely thorough job, and he didn't seem to mind my MANY questions. Before he left, he made sure we understood what he had found, remediation options and that all of our questions were answered. While we were extremely frustrated with that other company.... AmeriSpec took care of us. If you don't use them, you are messing up!!!! Robert also pointed out that AmeriSpec has a list of contractors they have vetted to make remediation a little bit easier.Posted on Google

As expected of any home inspector, he was thorough and efficient pursuing a comprehensive examination of the home: room to room, space to space, all appliances systems. before departing, he spent time with me and then with my buyer on the phone talking candidly about what he found, including the major defects and safety issues.
