I can't say enough great things about Shawn Thomas on the Amerispec Team. My wife and I are buying our first home in Wilmington, which is 100 years old. I had major concerns and questions about the home and Shawn walked through the entire house with me to review every detail. He arrived at least 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment and was already getting started when I arrived (15 minutes early).
