Darlene Hayes1 days agoThe inspector was extremely professional. He took his time with us, and every question we asked was answered with clear explanations — especially when breaking down the difference between structural issues and cosmetic ones. My husband and I truly appreciated how thorough he was, including the way he explained the rules and laws he must follow under Delaware’s requirements. Our biggest concern going in was making sure he had no connection or partnership with the builder. So when he said the house was built well and solid, we listened closely. Even when we expressed our worries, he addressed each one without hesitation. Being new to Delaware, we felt like we were at the mercy of God and the inspector’s word, and he gave us confidence through both his knowledge and his honesty. His personality showed even more when our dog kept walking past him — he would stop, talk to her, and give her a hug every time. Anyone who shows that kind of genuine kindness is hard not to trust.Posted on Google

Diane Mitchell27 days agoI needed a home inspection to come up with my "To Do" list for the company that built my house. AmeriSpec was recommended to me by a friend who is a local Realtor. And it was a fabulous recommendation. The inspector was knowledgeable, called before arriving, did a thorough job, reviewed his findings, and delivered a detailed report that evening. He was factual, not an alarmist. As a Realtor in a different state, I have attended 100s of home inspections. This was one of the very best!Posted on Google
Michael Esposito31 days agoe had an excellent experience with our home inspection. Clint was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain his findings, answer our questions, and make sure we understood which items were important and why. The final inspection report was detailed, well organized, and easy to understand, which made it much easier for us to determine what needed our immediate attention. Kevin Emery93 days agoSo, we had scheduled another company to do our home inspection, and an hour before the inspection they called and cancelled. We had driven 8 hours to make our inspection, and they didn't care. My agent contacted AmeriSpec, and they helped us out by coming out a little later in the afternoon and doing it! Robert Graves was fantastic! He did an extremely thorough job, and he didn't seem to mind my MANY questions. Before he left, he made sure we understood what he had found, remediation options and that all of our questions were answered. While we were extremely frustrated with that other company.... AmeriSpec took care of us. If you don't use them, you are messing up!!!! Robert also pointed out that AmeriSpec has a list of contractors they have vetted to make remediation a little bit easier.Posted on Google
