So, we had scheduled another company to do our home inspection, and an hour before the inspection they called and cancelled. We had driven 8 hours to make our inspection, and they didn't care. My agent contacted AmeriSpec, and they helped us out by coming out a little later in the afternoon and doing it! Robert Graves was fantastic! He did an extremely thorough job, and he didn't seem to mind my MANY questions. Before he left, he made sure we understood what he had found, remediation options and that all of our questions were answered. While we were extremely frustrated with that other company.... AmeriSpec took care of us. If you don't use them, you are messing up!!!! Robert also pointed out that AmeriSpec has a list of contractors they have vetted to make remediation a little bit easier.
