I don’t even know where to start. We were blown away by the promptness, the professionalism, the politeness, and *especially* the knowledge. A home purchase (especially the big ones) can be one of the most stressful things you ever do and there’s 1 million things to know about the systems and circumstances of a house and its land. We had never met Rob, but after spending 4 hours (Rob takes his time, does it right, leaves no defect unnoticed) together he felt like a mentor and a friend. He took wayyy more care in his inspection than any inspector we’ve ever seen and we’ve bought 20+ homes to catch every detail. Furthermore, he provided so much knowledge about what was serious and what wasn’t, how to fix things and what it need to be fixed, it was unreal. We were very unsure about some of the things we noticed in the initial showings a few weeks ago, then after going through them with Rob we felt completely secure in our purchase and had a solid game plan to tackle the items we disliked. If you are using anyone but Rob, you need to wisen up and are probably leaving dollars on the table.
