Our inspector was FANTASTIC. I can't recommend him enough. He was incredibly thorough, And while he stayed true to his mission of not opining on what we "should" do in specific circumstances, he helped us understand the full range of what the defects in the house are, and how we should prioritize the fixes depending upon safety of our family, future damage to the home, and other factors. He was a true professional. And importantly, he was absolutely wonderful with my family members trailing behind him asking thousands of questions. I cannot recommend Matt enough. You have a gem on your staff.

We used Clay on a previous home and requested him again for another inspection because he is so meticulous and thorough. He happily answers questions during the inspection (as opposed to some who prefer to be left alone and will only answer questions after the inspection is complete). He is also very helpful in offering info, such as where, when and how to change the furnace filter, etc. Cannot recommend him and AmeriSpec enough. Would give 10 stars if we could! Thank you Clay!
