I felt the technician was very thorough and he walked me through the entire process of his inspection of each room and in places throughout the property where i could not go such as the attic and on the roof, he took pictures, and he documented all discrepancies in understandable language.
The initial application process is well organized. The to-be owner knows what to expect and can ask questions about the process. The Inspector explains up front what s/he is going to do and then after the inspection is finished provides an adequate explanation of what s/he found reports are easy to read, well-organized
